Please register to let us know you'll be there.  If you are bringing a guest (or guests), make sure to read all of the information below regarding guest fees and guidelines.

The parade kicks off at 2pm, but everyone should plan to arrive no later than 1pm.

If you are bringing a guest, carefully read the information below.  There are several changes in guest policy for this year.

Parade Position: 66.  The float will be parked on Bayshore Blvd. between W. Bay View and W. Bay Vista

Lunch: Boxed lunches are available for purchase until 1/20.

Guests:

Each member can register up to 2 guests.  The cost is  $100 per guest plus a $4 processing fee.  Your guest is not confirmed until the registration fee is paid and all necessary forms have been submitted.

• Click here to submit the online guest waiver forms.  They can also be accessed on the website under the Events menu.  All forms must be submitted at least one week prior to the parade.
• All guests (and their sponsoring member) must check-in at the float at 2pm for a quick welcome and safety briefing.  This meeting is mandatory for your guest to participate in the parade! Group pictures will immediately follow.
• The parade organizers limit the number of guests allowed per parade.  If that limit is reached prior to payment being made, your guest's registration will be canceled.
• If the guest list is full, any guest cancellation must be processed prior to 1/7 to receive a refund.  This is to allow us sufficient time to fill that spot from the waiting list.  In lieu of a refund or if you cancel too late to receive one, you may transfer that guest to a future parade in the same season.  

When registering guests, you have several payment options:

1. PayPal - Pay at the time of registration or choose "Invoice Me" to pay later.  If your guest is paying the fee themselves, they'll need to be with you so they can log into PayPal under their own account (or as guest) once you are redirected to PayPal's site.
2. Zelle, credit card or paper check - Choose "Invoice Me" when checking out.  The YMKN member will receive an emailed invoice with instructions on how to submit payment

Adult Guest Guidelines: 

• • There is a lifetime limit of 2 parades, except for out-of-town guests. 
  • • Must be paid at least one week in advance of the parade.  
    • Fee includes non-alcoholic beverages and open bar.
    • Fee does not include throw beads; guests must provide their own.
  • Must be sponsored by an existing member in good standing and approved by the board.
  • Guests must sign YMKN Liability Waiver, Stepps Liability Waiver, COVID-19 Waiver and Guest Code of Conduct forms.
  • If guests do not have access to an official YMKN costume, they must follow costume guidelines as outlined below:
  • • White Peasant Shirt
    • Black Pants (or black skirt for ladies; no shorter than 2" above the knee)
    • Black Boots (or spats/shoe coverings)
    • Jewel-toned (not brown or black; no leather trim) corset for women or vest for men
